Research tool, not financial advice

Portfolio Intelligence is an information and research tool. It identifies and summarises publicly available developments relating to securities you nominate, and evaluates them against assumptions you write yourself.

Nothing produced by the service is personal advice, general advice, a recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. The service does not consider your objectives, financial situation or needs. You should obtain your own professional advice before making any investment decision.

No performance representation

We make no representation that use of the service will improve investment returns, reduce losses, or identify every material development. Materiality scores rank items for attention. They are not forecasts of price or performance.

Accuracy and source material

Output is generated from third-party sources including regulatory filings, transcripts, licensed news and market data. Those sources may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect, and automated analysis can produce errors. Verify anything you intend to act on against the underlying source, which we link for that purpose.

Acceptable use

• Use the service for internal research purposes at your firm
• Don't redistribute or resell output, or the licensed source content within it
• Don't attempt to extract, scrape or reverse-engineer the service

Pilots

Design partner pilots are provided as-is, without warranty, and may be modified or ended by either party at any time. Pilot participation creates no obligation to purchase.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the service or its output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
